How To Videos – Samsung Scan to Email Setup

• IP address of the copier
• Web browser installed
• Internet connection
• Admin credentials to copier
• SMTP server name or IP
• SSL or TLS requirements
• SMTP username password
• SMTP port

How To: Setup Samsung Scan to Email Settings

1. Open a web browser
2. Enter the IP address of the copier
3. Select the login button
4. Login: admin
5. Password: $amsung1
6. Select login
7. Select the settings dropdown
8. Select Machine Settings
9. scroll down
10. Click Email on the left
11. Enter the default from address
12. Make sure all three checkboxes are unchecked
13. Select apply
14. Select settings
15. Click network settings
16. Scroll down on left
17. Select smtp outgoing mail server
18. Enter the mail server name or IP
19. Enter the port number
20. Enter the SSL or TLS requirements
21. If you require authentication
22. Enter the authenticating email address
23. Enter the password
24. Confirm it below
25. Select the connection timeout settings
26. Enter the default from address
27. Click Test
28. If Successful Proceed
29. Apply the settings
30. You are Done
